Pneumonia is the biggest killer of children under 5 in developing coutries

Pneumonia, a complication of measles, is estimated to claim the lives of almost 2 million children every year - mainly in developing countries. However, you can help protect children from pneumonia by immunising them against measles.

Vicks Road to Relief provides an easy way for you to make an enormous, real difference to the lives of underprivileged children. Simply purchase any specially marked Vicks product to take care of you and your family this winter and you will be paying for one child to be immunised against measles, to help in the fight against pneumonia.

With your help, Vicks is hoping to support the immunisation of over 2 million vulnerable children in 2010 and significantly reduce the incidence of pneumonia related deaths.

All funds raised by the Vicks Road to Relief will go to UNICEF, who will ensure that the measles immunisations are implemented.
